Physical storefront - The cost for one physical store will run in millions. As this store also need to be connected to a computer system, aside from the usual equipment.

Computer system - Should be able to identify the authenticity of the transaction (can be done by using a full messaging system or other types), store data in a database and includes a complete CRM package to be used as a relationship-building strategy of the company.

Manpower - Manpower costs will also escalate as there needs to be another work shift, if the store opens 24 hours a day.

Transportation costs - As there will only be one store to serve the whole of Singapore, transportation (delivery) costs will be higher. The store also need to have a better business process to reduce the waiting time to 30 minutes and maintain it this way. This can be achievable because in some countries, the delivery time is usually around 30 minutes.

Ancillary costs such as PUB, Insurance and Maintenance will also be higher.
